Predict Funded provides evaluation and funded account programs for prediction market participants. Program details, including challenge phases, risk limits, and payout rules, are displayed in-platform and may be updated from time to time.

• Challenge accounts are evaluation accounts.
• Funded accounts are subject to ongoing risk controls and compliance checks.
• Market data, quotes, and settlement inputs may come from third-party providers.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow third-party use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for security, fraud, or policy violations.

4. Picks, Execution, and Program Rules

All picks, stake constraints, phase requirements, and account loss limits are enforced by platform logic and official rules posted in product screens. You agree that these controls are binding.

• If a market or account state is unavailable, picks may be blocked or rejected.
• We may cancel or void picks due to technical or integrity issues.
• Real-time prices are subject to feed availability and provider constraints.

5. Fees, Payments, and Payouts

• Challenge purchases are processed through Stripe or other payment partners.
• Payout eligibility requires compliance with all active account and risk rules.
• We may require identity and compliance verification before payout processing.
• Chargebacks, payment fraud, or abuse may result in account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or exploitation attempts.
• Any manipulation intended to bypass limits, grading, or settlement logic.
• Using multiple accounts to evade rules or sanctions.
• Any unlawful use of the platform.

7. Risk Disclosure and No Financial Advice

Predict Funded is not providing investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

Prediction markets involve risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Predict Funded or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials except as explicitly allowed by us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predict Funded disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
